In its largest and thematically most fulfilling edition to date, the e-commerce conference will bring together the most prominent domestic and international experts in the field who, through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and informal conversations, focused on various topics related to the new era in human life – the use of the potential of artificial intelligence will convey their experience and knowledge to the attendees. In addition, the conference will be an excellent place for networking and sharing experiences, supported by the innovative fair concept, which further increases the opportunities for interaction and knowledge exchange.
Directly from the global giant Meta (“Meta”), Meta’s Group Director for EMEA, Kai Herzberger, will speak at the conference, and Samantha Tillett, Global Director of Partnerships with Amazon at HTTPool by Aleph, will present her experience to the audience. The list of eminent speakers at the conference has also been enriched by a representative from one of the giants in the food industry, Stefan Kovačević, who as the Global Digital Leader at Nestlé will bring the audience closer to the “race” for innovation when it comes to artificial intelligence, and Raluca Buyoreanu will also give a presentation to the audience, who will speak as a representative of the German giant in the online sale of shoes and fashion pieces – Zalando (“Zalando”).
Apart from this, the comprehensive conference program will officially share data from the 2023 Annual E-Commerce Analytics Review, discuss the importance of data, marketing, and AI as the backbone of a successful e-commerce business, the impact on “marketplace” platforms in the e-commerce sector, but also on the importance of a flawless experience with online payments and cross-border online delivery, and experiences from successful e-traders in the region will be shared – Marko Carević from Ananas, Sonja Buha from the Mona company, Elvis Pivic from the MojBrand company and many others.
The conference will host a regional audience for the second time and it is expected to be attended by more than 600 guests – successful entrepreneurs, e-traders, company directors, and government representatives from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro Gora, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia which makes it unique and unique in the region in its sixth edition.
