Additionally, ClickUp’s free plan is excellent for personal use and arguably one of the best time management software I’ve come across.

I really appreciate that ClickUp offers a neat display of all your tasks, milestones, and ongoing projects. Users can create and schedule tasks for separate projects, measure productivity, and segregate duties based on priority. When used by teams, ClickUp provides a collaborative space where all team members can track project development and ensure everyone is on board with the ongoing schedule.

Although the free plan has limitations, ClickUp is an effective tool that could help you understand your priorities and tackle challenges efficiently. Still, I’d have to add that getting accustomed to the user interface might take some time. It might be overwhelming at first, but once you get used to it, it will replace all the reminders and to-do lists you keep in your notes app.

RescueTime

Do you ever just want to take a break from work by quickly checking your social media, reading the news, or watching a funny YouTube video? And how often does that short break turn into an hour-long content consumption? Whether at work or home, it’s so easy to get distracted online. So, if you want to replace your current habit with more fulfilling ones, RescueTime comes to the rescue.

The first step towards improvement is figuring out where you invest your time. Essentially, that’s exactly what RescueTime is all about. You can install it on your device, and the app provides insight into your online activities.
