These days, high pressure and stress are standard aspects of the work routine. So, naturally, with so many things on our minds, the idea of doing something other than contributing to work often seems like a distant thought. Now, these are extreme cases of work and life imbalance, and most people deal with a softer, more palatable version of this problem. Nevertheless, learning how to improve it and creating a routine that nourishes both work and private life could be a game-changer.
